Training and Examination Responsibilities

Safety & Quality in Exam Administration

Objectives of the training program

With this new voluntary training program, telc is strengthening the role of examination centre coordinators at test centres. The goal of the training is to provide targeted support to examination centre coordinators in the standardized organization and administration of telc exams.

The training clearly outlines the tasks and responsibilities associated with this role and promotes close, transparent collaboration with all stakeholders on site. Additionally, the training emphasizes the importance of standardized exam conditions—as the foundation for legal certainty, fairness, and transparent procedures.

For exam centers, the training is a key component of quality management and contributes to the long-term safeguarding of exam standards.
