This is a transitional arrangement for examiners who already hold one or more licences according to ALTE standards (valid until 30.06.2024).

To self-study module in Campus

Your tasks as an examiner:

DTB B2 and DTB C1 are the final examinations for the basic vocational language courses B2 and C1.

Distinguishing between B2-C1 levels poses special challenges for examiners: focusing on the test takers’ linguistic repertoire, accurately assessing within a vocational and business context, and assigning the correct levels.

As a licensed telc examiner, you will assess the test takers’ oral performances confidently, objectively and at the appropriate level.

Contents and procedure of the self-study module in Campus

In the introductory module (approximately 4 teaching units), you will familiarise yourself with the format of the oral examination of the DTB B2 and C1, the relevant CEFR competency levels and the learning objectives catalogue, as well as the marking criteria. The module concludes with a small test with basic questions.

After successfully completing the general test section, you can continue with the questions on conducting examinations for B2 and C1.
