Arrangements regarding the conducting of examinations and the handling of examination documents

In the course of the current nationwide cancellations of appointments and closures of companies, telc gGmbH is granting the following goodwill arrangements regarding the conducting of examinations and the handling of examination documents: From 17 March 2020 up to and including 18 April 2020, no examination documents will be sent. All examination documents already sent for this period must be returned to us in their original, still sealed packaging by Monday 23 March 2020 (date of postmark) at the latest. In this case we will cancel the order free of charge. If the original packaging has already been opened, we will charge the registration fee provided that the documents are returned to us by 23 March 2020 (date of postmark) at the latest. For documents received after 23 March 2020 (date of postmark), we will charge the full examination fee. In all cases, the original documents must be returned to us in full and at your expense (postage). We will take care of everything else. Beyond that, the current Examination Regulations and our General Terms and Conditions apply. Regulations concerning the DTZ will be communicated directly by the BAMF by means of an examination centre circular.
