Information on Corona-Virus/Covid-19
In more and more federal states, telc examinations are once again being conducted. This is very gratifying, although it does come with a number of challenges.
The health of all involved must comes first. We want to provide our partners and customers with planning security and accommodate their needs as far as possible. For this reason, we want to retain our temporary regulations and the shortened online registration period of two weeks - initially until the end of July.
For telc, this means that we have to react even faster and more reliably, despite having staff working from home and on reduced hours. And so far, we have been successful in doing so. At the same time, many small examination groups with only a few participants are currently being registered. This is an additional challenge for us as it causes considerably more work in processing and higher costs, e.g. for shipping.
We ask you to always comply with the relevant infection protection and hygiene measures. However, please assist us by ensuring efficiency wherever possible and, for example, in the administrative tasks by combining orders or small groups.
We are extending our temporary regulations for the online registration of telc examinations until 31 July 2020 and shortening the online registration period for telc examinations to 14 calendar days. (Please note: This does not apply to the DTZ/Deutsch-Test for immigrants)
As before, two conditions still apply:
(1) the online registration for the exam in due time and (2) the online transfer of the participant data via the Excel template provided for this purpose.
If you have to withdraw from an already registered examination, please inform us immediately. In this way, we can do our best to find a solution. If you return examination documents already received to us safely and completely in the sealed, undamaged packaging by July 31, 2020 (postmark) at the latest, you will not incur any further costs apart from the return shipment.
Please continue to check with your responsible authority to clarify which specific infection control and hygiene measures you must comply with in order to conduct the test. The test centre is responsible for the consistent implementation of all current regulations and measures.
