Terms of Delivery and Payment
Only the Terms of Delivery and Payment specified by the WBT are applicable. Other Terms of Delivery and Payment, also those of the customer, cannot be accepted without any exception. The customer accepts the present Terms of Delivery and Payment by placing the order.
Prices
Prices apply as of 1 November 2001. Postage and packing apply from Frankfurt / Germany. VAT is included. Retailers and bookshops are obliged to charge only the given published prices.
Reductions
Discounts for special groups of customers (book retailers, bookshops etc.) are negotiable. Please contact the WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH. For preparation material of the examinations of the level of the Council of Europe B1 (e.g. Zertifikat Deutsch, Certificate in English, Certificado de Español etc.) a reduction of 10 % for orders of 10 and more single copies of one kind is granted.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible and against invoice only. Sale against cash in advance is not possible. Dispatch may be made in several consignments.
Terms of Payment
Unless special terms of payment are agreed on, invoices are to be settled within a period of 14 days of the invoice date without further deduction.
