- Who can take the telc school examination?

Anybody who is enrolled at a secondary school or has a valid student ID card.
- How do pupils prepare themselves for the examination?

- Usually pupils gain language competence in their families and/or at school. Additionally, bookshops have course books that prepare them specifically for the language level B2.
- In the mock examination pupils can familiarise themselves with the procedure and types of subtests of the telc Türkçe B2 Okul examination. They should know the format of the exam well, before they take the examination.
- Why is the B2 exam shorter than the B1 exam?

In the B2 exam the listening texts are only played once and not repeated.
- Can a dictionary be used during telc Türkçe B2 Okul?

Yes, during the preparation time before the oral examination a dictionary may be used (monolingual or bilingual).
- How long does it take for the B2 certificate to be sent?

Normally it takes six weeks after the documents have arrived at the telc Head Office in Frankfurt. However, we are often quicker with the rating.
- Can the examination be taken again?

Yes, as often as you wish. If pupils have failed just the oral exam or just the written exam, they do not need to take the whole examination again. Details can be found on this under § 5 of the examination regulations.
