FAQ

We would like to offer examinations in various languages. Do we have to pay a licence fee for each language?

No. Once you have been licensed, you are authorised to offer and administer all the exams in the telc package.

We would like to become a telc examination centre. How long will it take before we can administer the first examination?

You should get in touch with us at least three months before your planned examination date.

What regulations are valid for candidates with special needs?

You will find information about this in the document Guidelines for Candidates with Special Needs. You can download it here:
Guidelines for Candidates with Special Needs

Some of the exams are available for blind people. If you have questions, please contact us. Tanja Burckhardt will be happy to assist you. E-Mail to T. Burckhardt

What do we do if an examiner cancels attendance?

In this case you need to nominate another examiner. Please inform your contact person at telc about the change as quickly as possible by telephone before the exam: +49 69 956246-10. If the cancellation is too short notice, telc may agree to postpone the examination.

We are a very small examination centre and do not have our own examiners. What can we do?

Please enquire at the larger examination centres in your area. You can find them here:

For reasons of data protection, we cannot supply contact details of examiners.
