- We would like to offer examinations in various languages. Do we have to pay a licence fee for each language?

No. Once you have been licensed, you are authorised to offer and administer all the exams in the telc package.
- We would like to become a telc examination centre. How long will it take before we can administer the first examination?

You should get in touch with us at least three months before your planned examination date.

- What do we do if an examiner cancels attendance?

In this case you need to nominate another examiner. Please inform your contact person at telc about the change as quickly as possible by telephone before the exam: +49 69 956246-10. If the cancellation is too short notice, telc may agree to postpone the examination.
- We are a very small examination centre and do not have our own examiners. What can we do?
