Dual-level testing in detail

Ahead of publication of the full document in February 2012, an abbreviated version of the handbook to accompany the telc English A2-B1 examination is now available for free download via the telc website.

The handbook is an invaluable tool for teachers, examiners and other ELT professionals, containing detailed information on the dual-level format of the examination. It explains the structure and specifications, together with sample items and details of how the listening, reading, writing and speaking components are assessed alongside the relevant CEF scales at levels A2 and B1. There are also inventories of topics, grammar and vocabulary that can be used to give those preparing to take the examination the best support possible.

Whether you are a teacher preparing learners to sit the dual-level examination, a telc English examiner or a member of a language-teaching institution, the telc English A2-B1 Handbook is a must-have for those involved in the field of English language teaching and assessment.
